Vision of YEP

Swami Chinmayananda believed that youth have innate dynamism, energy, enthusiasm and a sense of adventure - qualities that are often misunderstood, not channeled properly, and underutilized.

The vision of YEP is to nurture the potential of youth and inspire them to bring about a positive transformation in themselves and their nation. To achieve this goal, it empowers participants through its formula of Learn, Serve and Grow. The teaching faculty consists of spiritual gurus, management and industry experts and professionals from different fields. Yuva Veers from past batches enrich the program by sharing their experiences on how to manage life, grow and evolve.

YEPs transformational objectives encompass gaining a profound understanding of Vedanta and basic Sanskrit, fostering devotion and spirituality, active learning in dynamic workshops and team-building activities, and dedicating time to deep reflection. Youth have the power to bring about positive change, especially when equipped with the right vision, essential life skills, and a sense of compassion.

Also, based on their aptitude and qualifications, many participants find employment in their chosen fields. Most importantly, the year at YEP also grants participants the joy and sense of satisfaction of serving their community and nation.

Learning Experience

Living with awareness

Every aspect of YEP is geared to make you do THE activity most advocated by Swami Chinmayananda – THINK!

We did an activity where we were blindfolded and had to find a river several hundreds of yards away. That taught us the value of intuition, listening to all 5 of our senses, and teamwork.
